What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is simply a way to heal oneself holistically. Diet is the number one contributor to all diseases. It rules the way you live your life. Too often do I hear people say they have learned how to cope with their depression, anxiety, disordered eating, chronic fatigue, lack of focus and motivation, constipation, IBS, GERD, crohn’s, seasonal allergies, food allergies and intolerances, difficulty losing weight, heartburn, and joint pain. The list goes on! It genuinely hurts my heart. These individuals are so used to their diseases, they have forgotten how it feels to be free of their symptoms. As an NTP, I start by looking at the six foundations of health to create client protocols. This allows me to work hand in hand with my client, while linking their top 5 health concerns to the foundation in which they need the most support. Where do we start?
First, we start by scheduling a free 20-minute consultation. This allows us to go over your health concerns, the nutritional therapy process in depth, and to see if we are a good fit to work together.
Then, we continue by signing you up!
What I Offer:
You will receive:
One 90-minute session prior to the start of your protocol. During this session, we will go over your 3-day food and mood journal, lifestyle habits, family history, stress levels, and health concerns in depth.
A 30-day nutritional therapy protocol. This protocol will be based upon your nutritional therapy assessment, and your health concerns. It will be tailored to your specific needs in order to help your body naturally regulate, support and heal itself.
One 30-minute session on week 2. During this session, we will determine how your body is reacting to your new protocol, and strategize how to support any struggles you are running into thus far. I am with you every step of the way!
One 30-minute session on week 4. During this session, we will compare your health graphs (from week 1 to week 4) and determine if it is best that you continue on with another month of nutritional therapy, or if you feel confident enough to implement your new dietary changes on your own.
Unlimited text and email support from me with any questions and concerns that may arise in between sessions. Please allow 24-48 hours for my response. Calls are as needed.
Before your nutritional therapy package starts, you will be emailed the paperwork needed to succeed. This includes a questionnaire, food + mood journal, initial interview form, and a disclaimer, which must be completed and sent back to me 48 hours before our first session.
